About the Business Development Manager job
The purpose of your role will be to drive new business by building strong customer relationships, managing product development projects, and supporting price negotiations with a focus on profitability.
Key tasks
* Drive new business growth by building strong customer relationships, spotting opportunities through market insight, and delivering plans that align with company strategy.
* Manage and grow customer accounts through effective negotiation, project management, and collaboration with internal teams to hit sales, profit, and performance targets.
* Lead key projects from concept to delivery in a timely manner, ensuring clear communication, and a focus on delivering measurable benefits for customers.
* Stay ahead of the market by developing deep product knowledge, monitoring competitors, and contributing ideas to continuously improve the companies’ offerings and operations.
About You
* The successful candidate shall have experience within a commercial role. This experience should be distributing/selling into key hotels and restaurant groups.
* A good understanding of customers’ expectations, an excellent communicator at all levels, and thrives on a target driven environment whilst always being self-motivated.

The Business Development Manager job (ref:8936) is paying £35,000 - £45,000 according to your experience. The role offers the use of a company car.
You will expect to be on site in Kent for one day per week however should ideally be located within the M25 boundary for ease of travel through the London region.
