Job Description

RedRock Recruitment are seeking for thier client an experienced Business development Manager within the construction/cleaning sector. Duites to include • Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned long-term goals • Identify and qualify leads in the construction / post-construction sector • Build relationships and networks with contractors, developers, project managers • Collaborate with operations, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are technically and commercially feasible • Track and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, reporting, and KPI delivery • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements You MUST have a minimum 5 years experience with the construction/Post construction cleaning sector. Car allowance, Laptop, Phone provided Commission and bonus (100k + OTE) Immediate start
