The Role of Business Development Manager - security service contracts

Field-based role targeting service contracts, security, and high-value multisite opportunities

Focus on mapping accounts, strategic prospecting, and developing new business

Operate a two-stage sales process: fact-finding/needs analysis meeting, followed by solution meeting to deliver and close
*
Manage inbound leads and convert into long-term contracts

Opportunity to develop a clear path into Key Account Management with both external and internal coaching

Basic salary up to £43,000 with OTE up to £80,000, paid monthly
