As Business Development Manager – Corporate Accounts & Animal Health, you’ll: * Own and grow strategic corporate partnerships across the Human and Animal Health sectors. * Develop new markets and identify innovation opportunities that strengthen product and brand impact. * Work closely with kit-packing partners, distributors, and clinical teams to deliver commercial excellence. * Lead the commercial strategy for emerging product lines, collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams. * Use data-driven insight to drive profitability, forecast accurately, and deliver against agreed budgets. Essential Requirements To succeed in this role, you’ll bring: ✅ Degree-level education (or equivalent experience) in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ✅ Experience in a commercial management or business development role, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or manufacturing. ✅ Strong understanding of the sales process, account management, and partner development. ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills – able to engage at all levels, from internal stakeholders to global partners. ✅ Numerate, analytical, and commercially astute, with solid experience using CRM and business analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Q-Pulse). ✅ Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative environment. ✅ Willingness to travel occasionally in the UK and internationally (approx. 20%).
