The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, energetic Business Development Associate who’s hungry to make an impact. You’ll be expanding our market presence by forging new client relationships and strengthening existing ones, conducting market research, identifying new opportunities, and collaborating closely with our marketing team to drive brand awareness and sales. From first contact to closing deals, you’ll manage the full 360° sales cycle, delivering outstanding results and helping shape our growth story.

Who We’re Looking For
* Highly organised, with proven sales achievements
* Outstanding negotiation, relationship-building, and solution-led selling skills
* Immaculately presented, articulate, and motivated
* Ideally with experience in property, interiors, or dealing with developers, agents, and landlords
* Proficient with CRM systems and company software
* Quick to adapt, eager to learn, and a team player
* Must own a car with a clean UK driving licence
* Fluent in English, with a confident and dynamic personality
