About the Job
As a Business Development Manager in the Talent Solutions division, you’ll be a key driver of growth for tailored learning and development programmes.
In this role, you will:

Identify, engage and convert new clients for skills and development programmes
*
Position apprenticeship levy–funded and specialist learning solutions as strategic tools for workforce transformation
*
Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders to understand their organisational skills needs
*
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying further opportunities
*
Cross-sell wider business services to maximise client value
*
Maintain accurate reporting, CRM management and compliance
*
Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to ensure a seamless client journey
This is a consultative sales role with meaningful influence and the opportunity to shape workforce capability across multiple sectors.
Ideal Candidate
*
Experience in Business Development or sales, ideally managing senior or C-suite relationships
*
Proven ability to win new business and bring in new clients
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*
Self-motivated, proactive and able to manage multiple clients
*
A consultative, solution-focused approach to selling
Desirable (not required):
*
Understanding of apprenticeships or L&D
*
Existing network of relevant industry contacts
*
CRM proficiency and strong Microsoft Office skills
*
Experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for prospecting
