Business Development Manager
Location: Peterborough (Hybrid – 3 Office / 2 Remote)
Salary: £40,000 Base + £100,000 OTE (Uncapped)

About the Role

You’ll:
Convert qualified leads from events, marketing campaigns, and inbound enquiries
Run high-impact discovery calls, business consultations, and closing presentations
Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
Attend and sell at national industry events
Manage your pipeline proactively using CRM and daily KPIs
Work closely with your Sales Manager and team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Represent the brand with professionalism, energy, and confidence
About You
Proven closer in B2B or high-ticket sales
Consistently hits and exceeds monthly revenue targets
Confident communicator with strong presentation and objection-handling skills
Coachable, ambitious, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Highly motivated by personal growth, competition, and financial success.
