Westwood are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in the North West. This role will focus on designing and selling electronic security solutions across the construction and property sectors.
Salary: 40k+ base salary, OTE: £60-70,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
* Developing new business opportunities within construction and property markets
* Designing and proposing tailored electronic security system solutions
* Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
About You
* Proven experience in business development within electronic security systems (or closely related sector)
* Knowledge of electronic security products such as CCTV, access control systems, intruder alarms, and related technologies is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of the construction and/or property marketplace
* Ability to design and sell technical solutions
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
What is on offer:
* Basic salary: £35,000 – £45,000
* On Target Earnings: £60,000 – £70,000+
