Gillespie Recruitment are currently seeking experienced Business Development Managers to register for a range of full-time opportunities based in Sunderland and the surrounding areas.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities while developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Roles will typically involve managing the full sales cycle and contributing directly to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

About You

Skills & Experience Required

  * Proven experience in a Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management role

  * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
