The Role
You’ll focus on expanding our client base and positioning VIQU Energy as a trusted recruitment partner. You’ll work closely with experienced managers who will coach you and support your development.
Key responsibilities:
* Winning new business and building client relationships.
* Engaging decision-makers through calls and meetings.
* Developing and managing your own sales pipeline.
* Negotiating terms and securing partnerships.
* Driving revenue across contract and permanent recruitment.
* Working with delivery teams to ensure successful placements.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where performance directly impacts earnings and progression.
