Job Title: Business Development Manager - IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) Salary: £60-£65K Base (DOE) + Double OTE Commission plan + Bens Location: Central London (Hybrid 1-2 days in office - with travel to clients, events, networking, etc.) Overview: An established and respected boutique Managed Service Provider (MSP) is seeking a dynamic Growth Leader / Business Development Manager to fuel its next phase of expansion. The ideal candidate will be a proven IT sales professional with current or recent experience in a similar role in the MSP sector, a deep understanding of consultative selling, and a passion for building lasting client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and converting new logo opportunities in the SBM space Strategically plan and execute sales campaigns aligned with overall business goals Build and nurture relationships with technology vendors to leverage MDF and co-branded events Communicate compelling value propositions tailored to prospective clients' needs Report on pipeline activity, sales metrics, and progress against goals Contribute to marketing initiatives and thought leadership in collaboration with internal teamsKey Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills allied to a hunter mentality Commercially astute with a data-driven approach to sales Able to plan strategically, set milestones, and track outcomes Detail-oriented and thorough, with strong follow-through Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Adaptable and proactive in responding to market feedback Collaborative and team-oriented, with a willingness to speak up and contribute Strong understanding of sales process, budgeting, and client onboardingExperience Required: Demonstrated success in a similar sales/business development role within the MSP space Experience building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline Familiarity with the IT services industry, particularly within professional services sectors Proven ability to integrate into existing teams and quickly understand company capabilities and client requirementsWhy Join?
