Location: Manchester
Salary: £45,000 + Car Allowance + Commission on new business and existing account sales

Are you a driven Business Development Manager with experience in architectural or digital signage? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where you can shape sales strategy, manage key accounts, and win exciting new projects? If so, we want to hear from you.
We’re working with a well-established and rapidly growing signage specialist seeking a talented BDM to join their expanding team. With recent projects worth over £3 million and a strong pipeline of both inbound enquiries and key client relationships, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of account management and new business development.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts across retail, transport, and commercial sectors

Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
*
Collaborating with internal teams across fabrication, design, and installation
*
Leading on complex, bespoke signage projects from concept to delivery
What We’re Looking For:
*
Proven experience in business development within the signage industry – particularly architectural or bespoke signage
*
Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing large project values
*
Technically capable, especially with complex builds (e.g. airports, totem structures, roadside digital)
*
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your sales pipeline
*
A proactive, self-starting attitude with attention to detail
