(EPA/Awarding Organisation Experience Essential)
Are you an experienced business development professional with a background in End Point Assessment or Awarding Organisations?
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who knows the EPA/AO landscape inside and out, and is ready to play a key role in driving growth, building partnerships, and supporting providers across the skills and education sector.
The Role:
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Driving new business opportunities across the apprenticeship and training provider space.
*
Building and nurturing relationships with FE colleges, independent training providers, and employer partners.
*
Promoting our EPA or awarding services with a consultative, value-first approach.
*
Collaborating with internal teams to align delivery capacity with business growth.
*
Contributing to strategic planning, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Must have experience working for an End Point Assessment Organisation or Awarding Body (non-negotiable).
✅ Strong knowledge of the apprenticeship landscape, funding models, and Ofqual/IfATE requirements.
✅ Proven success in a sales, employer engagement, or business development role.
✅ Ability to build lasting partnerships and communicate complex products with clarity.
✅ Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
