Business Development Manager – Covering the Whole of Scotland
Field-Based | £40,000 + Uncapped Commission | Company Car + Benefits
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join a market leader in industrial and commercial equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of an established territory, covering the South West of England and Wales.
You’ll be joining a company with over 45,000 products in their range, providing tailored solutions to a wide range of clients across multiple industries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing your own territory – covering South West England and Wales
* 4 days per week on the road visiting new, existing, and lapsed customers
* Taking a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs
* Demonstrating and presenting products on site
* Taking accurate measurements to provide the right solutions
* Growing accounts and developing long-term relationships
* Planning your own schedule to ensure full territory coverage
* Working towards year-on-year territory growth to earn uncapped commission
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven field sales or BDM experience
* Strong background in relationship building and account management
* Experience working with large product ranges (thousands of SKUs)
* Confident in presenting, demonstrating, and measuring products on site
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Full UK driving licence is essential
What You’ll Get:
