Sales Roles – Property Investment
Office-based with flexibility • Full-time • Full training provided
We're hiring Sales Development Reps (SDRs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) to join a fast-scaling property investment consultancy. Whether you're just starting in sales or looking to step up, there’s room to grow and earn well above your base with uncapped commission.
🧠 What you’ll be doing:
SDRs:
*
Qualifying inbound leads and booking discovery calls
*
Following up with warm prospects from webinars and campaigns
*
Managing your pipeline via CRM and email sequences
*
Prepping handovers for the senior team
BDMs:
*
Taking qualified leads and running discovery to close
*
Building trust with investors and educating them on property strategies
*
Closing deals on buy-to-let, buy-to-sell, and off-plan opportunities
*
Managing longer deal cycles and repeat investors
💸 What’s on offer:
*
SDR salary: £25–30K basic + uncapped commission
*
BDM salary: £30K+ basic + uncapped commission
*
OTE £45–70K+ in year one depending on role
*
1:1 training and support from day one
*
CRM, phone, laptop, and all the tools you need
*
Clear, mapped-out progression into senior sales or leadership
👀 What we're looking for:

Natural communicator with a drive to close deals
*
Comfortable on the phone and in person
*
Confident explaining financial concepts (you’ll be trained up)
*
