Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Central London
Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (OTE £53K)

Responsibilities:
Income Generation: Drive strategic partnerships to secure sponsorships, ensuring income targets are consistently met.
Market Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to enhance corporate partnership offerings.
Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, gathering feedback to refine our offerings and ensuring high retention rates.
Sponsorship Strategy: Identify and develop pricing structures for sponsorship opportunities across various activities, including events and e-learning products.
Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential corporate partners, proactively converting leads into secured sales.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Finance, Marketing, etc.) to ensure cohesive strategy execution and partner satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on partnership activities and financial progress to stakeholders.What You Bring:
