A leading name in infrastructure is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team in Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in the expansion of critical infrastructure across rail, civil, and energy sectors-without being tied to a desk.

As Business Development Manager, you will:
Lead and nurture key client relationships and represent the company at meetings, site visits, and bid presentations
Identify new market opportunities and contribute to long-term strategic planning
Support and lead bid decisions, PQQs, and tender submissions
Collaborate with operational teams to deliver solutions that align with client needs and business goals
About You:
Proven track record in business development within rail, civil engineering, or infrastructure (Tier 1 or Tier 2)
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Commercially astute with a proactive and strategic mindset
Experience with multi-disciplinary projects and frameworks is highly desirable
