The Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of a new, high-potential venture in the FMCG food sector, seeking a talented Strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and secure market success in the UK.
This is a fantastic chance to lead the launch of a premium meat product range across major retailers, convenience groups, and foodservice channels.
What You'll Be Doing
Develop and deliver a go-to-market strategy for new products
Secure listings with UK grocery multiples, convenience groups, and foodservice partners
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
Build strong relationships with buyers and decision-makers
Collaborate with distribution partners on pricing, logistics, and product availability
Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
Provide market insights and commercial updates to senior teamsAbout the Client

About You
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Solid experience in FMCG food & beverage sales, business development, or account management
Experience working with UK retailers
A track record of launching or scaling new food brands in the UK
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
