We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager in the South East London area to join a driven team, leading on delivering a commercial focused service to social housing providers.
The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include:
Maintaining an organised leads and opportunities pipeline and track progress using systems
Identifying commercial opportunities to up sell product and services to existing clients
Providing regular updates on engagement performance with review to meet target
Act as the primary contact for regional clients
Converting leads into sales
To be successful as a Business Development Manager, you will have experience doing this role in:
Social housing
Public sector
Sales background
The In return, the Business Development Manager will receive:
£54,000 per annum
Car allowance
34 days AL + BH and an extra day off on your birthday
Pension scheme (employer contribution 22.8%)
Private health care and cash back plan
Fully remote working (with site visits)
Training provided
36 hours per week (Mon - Fri)
