Senior SEND Education Recruitment Consultant – Join a Thriving, Specialist Team 🌟
Location: Hybrid (flexible working with office support as needed)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 basic (depending on experience) + highly competitive bonus structure

We are currently recruiting for consultants to cover:
📍 Essex
What You'll Be Doing:
* A 360 recruitment role – manage your own desk, end-to-end.
* Partnering with SEND and mainstream schools to provide exceptional staffing solutions.
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with schools and top-tier candidates.
* Business development across a large, diverse geographical patch.
* Combining education knowledge with sales expertise to make a real difference.

* A strong background in education recruitment (SEND experience is highly desirable).
* A confident communicator with a consultative and ethical approach.
* Proven track record in business development and candidate management.

* Resilient, ambitious, personable, and able to thrive in a flexible working environment.
