We're looking for a Business Development Manager with 3+ years' experience in IT or managed services sales to join a fast-growing, award-winning tech company shaking up the enterprise space.
This isn't just a sales role - it's your chance to own the full end-to-end sales cycle (360 sales experience), revive dormant opportunities, and close major deals across cloud, cybersecurity, managed services, and digital solutions.
What you'll do:
Win new business and secure enterprise clients (500+ users)
Re-engage past customers and unlock hidden potential
Sell cutting-edge solutions: infrastructure, cloud, networking, end-user support & more
Build trusted C-level relationships and close multi-year, high-value contracts
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to exceed client expectations
What we want from you:
3+ years' proven success in B2B IT sales, ideally in managed services or VARs
Direct experience working alongside Cisco and hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure - this is a must, and CVs must clearly reflect this
Consistent overachievement of sales targets (£200k+ gross margin deals)
Confident engaging and closing enterprise clients
Commercial savvy with a high-energy, entrepreneurial mindset
Permanent right to work in the UK is essential
