Business Development Manager - Ireland
Remote with client travel | Full-time, Permanent
Location: Ireland (Dublin-based or commutable within 1 hour of key client sites)
Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading global provider of data centre solutions, currently expanding their presence across Ireland. We are looking for a hungry, self-motivated Business Development Manager to help drive sales and build relationships within this fast-moving, high-growth sector.
About the Role
This is a newly created role focused on generating and converting new business opportunities across the Irish market. The client is open-minded on experience - they're looking for someone confident, hungry, and eager to make their mark.
Key responsibilities will include:Identifying and approaching potential clients within the data centre, tech, or built environment sectors
Attending face-to-face meetings
Building strong commercial relationships with technical and procurement stakeholders
Following up on inbound leads and supporting tender processes
Working closely with the wider European sales team
About You
Based in Ireland (ideally Dublin or surrounding areas)
Full driving licence and own transport
Confident communicator, proactive, and target-driven
Not afraid to knock on doors and open up new conversations
Tech-savvy and open to learning about data centre infrastructure solutions
Previous sales or field-based BD experience is beneficial but not essential
