Business Development Manager Manchester, Leeds, M62 Corridor £40,000–£45,000 + commission Take your sales career into the field and boost your earnings with an OTE of £60,000+ from year two. You’ll spend most of your time out on the road, building face-to-face relationships with customers across the North. There’s real freedom here - you’ll be managing your own schedule and owning your territory. With realistic targets and a strong product line, you’ll find it easy to win repeat business and grow accounts. The ventilation and air conditioning products are in high demand, giving you a clear edge when talking to small and medium-sized contractors and installers. There’s a solid commission structure behind it all, so the more you sell, the more you take home. You’ll also get private healthcare, a pension, and access to a wellbeing programme, giving you peace of mind both on and off the road. And because you’ll be out and about most of the week, you won’t be tied to a desk. You’ll start each week working from home, then spend the rest building your network and closing deals in person. What you'll do Visit and develop relationships with contractors and installers, growing their spend and driving repeat sales. You’ll identify opportunities, negotiate deals and use your expertise to increase market share. With a focus on building long-term partnerships, you’ll have the chance to shape the sales strategy and make a real impact on your earnings and career progression.
