Business Development Manager
Salary: £32,000 – £40,000 per year (DOE) Uncapped Commission
Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based (with flexibility)
Our well-established and growing client is on the lookout for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their collaborative, family-oriented team. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identifying and securing new strategic partnerships across multiple sectors
* Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
* Crafting bespoke digital and print solutions tailored to partner needs
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure top-tier service and delivery
* Representing the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
* Hitting and exceeding sales targets – and being rewarded for it
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has solid sales experience
* Brings creative thinking to open new routes to market
* Communicates confidently – in person, over the phone, and in writing
* Understands client needs and can develop commercially smart solutions
* Is proactive, resilient, and motivated by success
* Works well independently but loves being part of a team
* Is comfortable using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
