Business Development Manager
Salary: £50,000 + OTE £65,000+
Location: Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or Cambridgeshire (covering East Anglia, London & South East)
We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across the manufacturing and engineering sectors. You’ll identify and win new business, manage key accounts, and lead a small team to deliver results.
Duties
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and relationship building
Manage and grow existing accounts
Lead and support two team members
Build strong client and distributor relationships
Track market trends and deliver revenue growth
Key Skills
5+ years’ sales experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
Proven ability to secure and grow accounts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Full UK driving licence + flexibility for occasional overnight stays
