💷 £45,000 – £55,000 basic + OTE £70,000 – £80,000 + £5,000 car allowance

The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving growth across Suffolk and surrounding areas. This is a varied, hands-on role that blends new business with account development. You’ll be trusted to:

Identify and target new opportunities in your sector

Book, manage and attend face-to-face client meetings

Build strong, lasting relationships with decision makers

Deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

Manage the sales cycle from first call to signed contract
About You
We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven sales professional who can hit the ground running. You’ll need:

Proven BDM experience within construction, wastewater, or similar technical industries

A track record of winning and growing accounts

Confidence in both cold outreach and consultative selling

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
