Job Description

My client is a specialist in fire alarm systems with over 20 years of industry expertise, a strong client base, and a solid reputation in the market. With ambitious growth plans, they are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join the team. We’re looking for a true hunter, someone with proven experience in fire alarm systems or selling services into facilities management, who thrives on generating new business and uncovering opportunities. The head office is based in Southampton, but you will be home based and will be working in a field sales role visiting clients. They are offering a basic salary, with an OTE of £70k, alongside uncapped commission. This is a really exciting time to be joining the business, you will working with and reporting into an experienced Managing Director and play a key part in the company’s growth strategy
