Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum PLUS OTE £60,000–£70,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Ideal Candidate
Proven sales background, ideally within waste management or aggregates
Strong relationship builder with excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to manage the full sales cycle
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based environment
Based in or commutable to BirminghamBusiness Development Manager Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients with tailored waste and aggregate solutions
Handle inbound enquiries and manage the sales process from start to finish
Prepare compliant documentation and liaise with providers to ensure service delivery
Maintain high levels of customer service and client retention
Contribute to the growth and development of the business through strategic salesCommutable Locations:
