Our Bradford client are expanding and looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join their team! If you’ve got a passion for sales, enjoy meeting new people, and want to earn great money while driving your career forward — this could be the role for you!
What’s in it for you?
* £32,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission – realistic OTE of £60,000 per year

* Monday to Friday – no weekend work
* Full training provided – experience in waste is a bonus, but not essential
About the role:
* Prospect and win new business across Sheffield and surrounding areas
* Build lasting relationships with clients and understand their needs
* Deliver tailored waste management solutions
* Meet (and exceed!) your sales targets with the support of a strong team
What we’re looking for:
* Sales or business development experience (any industry considered)
* Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
