Job Title: Sales Office Supervisor
Location: South East (Office-based, 5 days per week)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience
About the Role:
The company are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Office Supervisor to join their team. This role is pivotal to the smooth running of our sales operations and will act as second-in-command, deputising for the Office Manager when required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in packaging and a proven ability to manage and motivate a sales and telesales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and deputise for the Office Manager as required.
* Liaise with and provide guidance to the external sales team.
* Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high standards are maintained.
* Drive and motivate the telesales team to achieve targets.
* Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
* Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies.
* Maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Required Experience & Skills:
* Proven experience in sales within the packaging industry.
* Experience managing or supervising a sales or telesales team.
* Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
* Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
