Job Description

Are you an experienced Business Development/Sales leader looking for a new role in the security sector? I am working with a client, a provider of high-quality security solutions to domestic and commercial clients across Scotland. They design, install, and maintain CCTV systems, intruder alarms, access control, fire safety systems and 24/7 monitoring. Salary - £40,000-£50,000 basic Company vehicle OR Car allowance As our Business Development Manager, you'll take full ownership of generating new business in the commercial security sector. You'll work independently to identify leads, conduct site visits, and close deals for installations and ongoing services. Responsibilities Identify, contact, and convert new commercial leads Promote our full range of security solutions and services Visit clients on-site to assess needs and offer tailored solutions Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations Close deals and hand over to our technical team Track activity and performance in our CRM system Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets What we Offer Base salary of £40,000-£50,000 (DOE) Commission on all new revenue (uncapped) On-target earnings of £60,000-£80,000+ Company vehicle or car allowance Laptop, phone, and expenses covered Opportunities for career growth as we expand About You Proven track record in B2B sales or business development Experience in the security, fire, electrical, or facilities sectors is ideal Comfortable managing the full sales process - from lead to close Driven, organised, and confident dealing with business owners and managers Excellent communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving license
