The Opportunity

Working as part of a high-performing commercial team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across pharmaceutical manufacturing, life sciences and cleanroom environments throughout the North of England.

This is a genuine business development role with a strong emphasis on identifying opportunities, winning new customers and establishing long-term strategic partnerships.

Success in opening new accounts will naturally evolve into strategic account development and key account management responsibilities as relationships mature.

The Solution

You will represent a comprehensive contamination control portfolio including:

  * Biocidal disinfectants

  * Alcohol solutions

  * Surface disinfection products

  * Hand hygiene solutions

  * Delivery and dispensing systems

  * Cleanroom wipes and contamination control consumables

However, this role goes far beyond product sales.

The organisation works collaboratively with customers to design, implement and optimise complete contamination control strategies, ensuring best practice throughout highly regulated manufacturing and cleanroom environments.

As a result, the sales process is highly consultative, solution-led and relationship-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  * Identify and secure new business opportunities across pharmaceutical and life science manufacturing environments.

  * Develop strategic relationships with key decision makers and influencers.

  * Deliver consultative contamination control solutions tailored to customer requirements.

  * Support customers with best practice processes and contamination control strategies.

  * Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

  * Transition successful new business wins into long-term strategic partnerships.

About You

We are particularly interested in speaking with ambitious commercial professionals who can demonstrate:

  * A proven track record of success in new business sales.

  * Experience selling into Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Clinical Trials, Scientific or Healthcare markets.
