Who is the Right Person?
We are looking for a proactive and driven professional with:
* Experience: Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. A background in construction is an advantage but not essential.
* Client Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions, regardless of industry background.
* Skills:
* Strong multitasking and project management abilities.
* Initiative to identify new opportunities, nurture client relationships, and drive growth.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Requirements:
* Full, clean driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
