Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the global packaging manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key global and regional markets (e.g., FMCG, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, etc.).

Develop and execute strategic business development plans that align with company growth objectives and market trends.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions by collaborating with product development, R&D, and operations teams.

Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trend research to inform go-to-market strategies.

Prepare and present compelling business proposals, value propositions, and technical presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.

Monitor performance metrics and maintain pipeline visibility through CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).

Represent the company at global trade shows, industry conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5+ years of business development or sales experience in the packaging manufacturing industry (rigid, flexible, paper, or sustainable packaging preferred).

Proven track record of securing and managing large B2B accounts, especially with multinational clients.

Strong understanding of global supply chains, packaging technologies, and sustainability trends.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
