Business Development Manager - Public Sector Experis UK | UK‑wide (remote with travel) Competitive salary + commission The opportunity Experis UK is investing in the growth of our Public Sector business and is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help expand our footprint across government and public sector organisations. This is a new‑business‑focused role where you'll open doors, shape opportunities and build long‑term client relationships. In the role, you'll: Identify and convert new business opportunities across public sector organisations Build and manage a strong new‑business pipeline from first contact to conversion Shape and deliver client pursuit strategies for short‑term wins and long‑term growth Position high‑value Experis and ManpowerGroup solutions, not just individual roles Build relationships with key client stakeholders and navigate public sector frameworks with confidence Work closely with delivery, sourcing and project teams to ensure opportunities land successfullyYou'll also introduce wider ManpowerGroup solutions where appropriate, including Experis Academy, Project Services, the Employed Consultant model and Overseas Talent. Our specialist focus You'll operate across the technology markets where Experis invests and leads: Cyber Security | Cloud & Infrastructure | Enterprise Applications | Digital Transformation (including Business Change & Transformation, Data & AI) This role will suit you if you: Have a proven track record in public sector business development Understand UK public sector procurement and frameworks Enjoy selling solutions and outcomes, not transactional recruitment Are commercially driven, credible and confident opening new doors Thrive in an autonomous role with strong backing and supportWhy join Experis?
