Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager (Temp2perm) Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 Start date: ASAP Contract Length: Temp2perm We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team on a temporary, ongoing contract within a Further Education Training provider. This role would be ideal for someone with a sales background, looking to utilise their skills in a dynamic and rewarding environment. The candidate must have knwoeldge of the local area targeting (Berkshire/Buckinghamshire) Key Responsibilities: * Proactively call prospective individuals and companies to promote and sell training courses offered by the training provider. * Engage with both individual learners and employers, discussing a wide range of training programmes across construction, green skills, healthcare, and employability sectors. * Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, driving business growth. * Work closely with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Key Requirements: * Previous experience in sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role. * Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders. * Computer literate, with proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a strong desire to succeed. * Previous experience working within the education sector is preferred but not essential This is a great opportunity to make an impact within a growing training provider and play a key role in helping individuals and businesses access valuable skills development.
