What You’ll Be Doing

  * Reaching out to businesses through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events

  * Speaking with potential customers to understand their needs

  * Qualifying leads and booking meetings for our Account Executives

  * Learning the ins and outs of our HR, payroll, and accountancy products

  * Updating the CRM with activity and insights

  * Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams

  * Hitting monthly goals for outreach and meetings booked

  * Confident communicator — you enjoy speaking with people

  * Willingness to learn and take on feedback

  * Driven, motivated, and excited by targets

  * Comfortable picking up the phone
