Job Title: Business Development Specialist – Security
Location: Netherlands
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Business Development Specialist to support our Security initiatives across the Non-Profit and Education sectors. This role focuses on pipeline generation, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption of Microsoft Security solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Building and Management
• Engage with Microsoft Non-Profit and Education customers to identify and qualify opportunities for Security assessments and workshops.
• Target customers eligible for funded engagements, secure buy-in, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver workshops.
• Follow up on workshop outcomes and success measures to convert engagements into pipeline opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all opportunities, ensuring compliance with pipeline hygiene standards.
Team Collaboration
• Partner closely with Sales Specialists and Solution Engineers to grow and manage the Security pipeline.
• Actively solicit feedback from stakeholders and customers, identifying common themes and trends.
• Share insights and learnings with the broader team and management to continuously improve engagement strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement within the technology sector.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Security solutions and the Non-Profit/Education customer landscape is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- this person wouldn't own accounts, they would be doing forecasting, more like pipelining, calling customers. Calling customers;
- they would have around 2-3 years of BDR experience
- Minimum Salary is €47,400
