Job Description
My client is a well established Design and Build business which prides itself on delivering a diverse range of projects from Concept through to completion - all within the office fitout sector.
They are currently looking for a superstar Business Development Researcher to support the sales team. The role focuses on Outbound Calling, building business intelligence, uncovering new opportunities, updating the CRM with information around businesses and relevant parties and more.
Key Responsibilites:
- Researching potential clients. Finding out names, numbers, addresses and updating the CRM
- Outbound calls to businesses to gather any potentially relevant intel
- Research on Lease Expiries, office move plans, key decision makers, refurbishment and relocation strategies, broader company growth and more.
- Maintain and enrich the CRM
- Use tools such as LinkedIN, Lusha, CoStar, internal database and more.
What you need:
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone
- Ability to build rapport quickly with professionals
- Self motivated and target driven
- Previous experience in telemarketing, lead generation or telesales (not essential but an advantage)
