Job Description

Prospero Teaching is working with a secondary school in NW4 that is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Business & Economics Teacher to join their team from September 2026. We are looking for an individual with strong classroom and behaviour management skills who is passionate about Business and Economics and inspiring students to develop their understanding of the modern business world and economic principles. Contract Details Location: NW4 Position: Business & Economics Teacher Start Date: September 2026 Contract Type: Permanent Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (may vary depending on the school's needs) Pay: Pay to Scale Schedule: Full-time Experience, Training and Qualifications Required Experience teaching Business Studies and/or Economics within a secondary school environment Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Excellent subject knowledge and curriculum understanding Ability to teach Business and Economics at KS4 and KS5 Reliable, punctual and committed to student progress To Be Eligible for This Role Through Prospero Teaching, You Must: Have the Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child-barred list DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one Provide two professional child-related references covering the last two years Other Information If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up-to-date CV.
