The Supply Register is working in partnership with Coleg Cambria to recruit Business Lecturers to support delivery across the Business, Management, and Professional Studies provision.

We have Future Supply FE Bank Opportunities available.

The Role

As a Business Lecturer, you will deliver engaging and industry‑relevant lessons across Business pathways, including:

• Level 1–3 Business programmes 
• Business administration, marketing, finance, and enterprise units
• Delivery within modern, well‑equipped teaching environments 
• Teaching full‑time learners, apprentices, and adult students 
• Supporting learners with coursework, assessments, and progression Experience delivering T Levels in Business or Management would be highly beneficial.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Business Lecturers

Essential / desirable (role dependent):

• A Business‑related qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent) 
• A teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one 
• Experience delivering Business content in FE or training settings 
• Experience with T Level delivery (desirable)
