Location: Stockport
Salary: £34,000 basic, £60,000 OTE
Richard Abson Group are delighted to be assisting a prestige main dealership in Stockport in their search for an experienced and driven Business Manager to join their successful team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in automotive sales, finance, and customer service to join a respected and forward-thinking dealer group representing a leading prestige brand.
The Role
As a Business Manager, you will play a key part in the dealership’s success by maximising profitability through finance and insurance product sales, supporting the sales team, and ensuring customers receive a first-class buying experience.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the sale of finance, insurance, and added-value products to customers, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations.

Supporting and coaching the sales team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.

Ensuring all documentation and transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining strong relationships with finance providers and customers alike.

Monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
