Job Description

Business & Project Management Partner (Contract)

📍 Filton (60% onsite) | 💰 £42.39/hr Umbrella | £31.68/hr PAYE | 📅 Until Oct 2026

We are seeking a Business & Project Management Partner to support engineering teams, driving project performance, resource planning, and business operations within a complex delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

  * Support delivery of project & business management processes within engineering teams

  * Develop and maintain workload, resource, and financial plans

  * Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, and deviations

  * Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers

  * Manage purchase orders and resource activities in line with plans

  * Produce and analyse KPIs and performance reports

  * Support project governance and decision-making

  * Provide guidance and mentoring on project/business management

  * Deputise for leadership in reviews (finance, resourcing, performance)

  * Drive continuous improvement and new ways of working

Key Requirements

  * Experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Management

  * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  * Experience with resource planning and financial tracking

  * Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  * Strong analytical and organisational skills

  * Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset

Additional Info

  * 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible working hours)

  * BPSS+ clearance required

  * 1-stage virtual interview process

  * High likelihood of contract extension
