Our Public Sector Client based Durham has a requirement for a Business Support Project Support Assistant. The role will be based within the SEND Project Team and will be assisting with the implementation of a new IT Case Management System.
The role will be running through until November 2026.
Duties & Responsibilities will include:
· To support the implementation of the new IT system, including the provision of training, advice, and guidance to ensure the required efficiencies and benefits are delivered through the system.
· To assist with user acceptance testing and quality assurance of the new system using quick, accurate data entry skills
· To assist with the data migration process by undertaking tasks associated with data cleansing and testing
· Provide core administrative functions to support implementation of the new IT system.
· Assist in the research process and the gathering of information as directed by the Project Team
· Ensure allocated tasks from the Project Team and associated workstreams are carried out within the set timescales, in line with the project plan
· To create electronic documents, reports, letters etc. as required
· To support frontline staff in the provision of general administrative and system support;
· To highlight issues to the relevant senior managers of the team;
Carry out other duties commensurate with the grade of the post.
Following initial Office based training, this post is hybrid working, with 2 days office based and 3 days home working.
