Business Assurance Manager
Watford (Head Office)
£61,000 - £65,000 + car/car allowance
Permanent Full-Time, 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Quality Manager to join our Construction clients. Based near Watford and comes with a salary between £61,000 - £65,000 plus car/car allowance.
Responsibilities for Business Quality Manager
Design and lead the company-wide Quality Strategy and Culture
Oversee divisional quality procedures and ensure consistent compliance across all projects
Provide expert guidance and support to project-based Quality Managers
Collaborate with Project Leads to identify and nurture talent within the quality team
Build and strengthen the Quality Community across the organisation
Develop and deliver tailored Quality Training for operational teams
Define and uphold Digital Delivery Standards and expectations
Manage and evolve the Quality Audit Programme
Serve as interim Quality Manager during project mobilisation phases
Lead investigations into significant quality issues and implement corrective actions
Support the Pre-Construction Team with quality input during bid preparationRequirements for Business Quality Manager
A formal qualification in Construction or a Quality-related discipline
Proven experience in leading quality strategy within a construction environment
