Business Sales Consultant - Leicester/Hinckley 🚀

💰 The Rewards

Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE. 
Commission: Guaranteed up to £1,000 for the first 3 months. 
Earnings: Uncapped commissions + quarterly bonuses. 
Potential: Top achievers earn between £38,000 - £46,000 in their first year. 
Growth: A clear "Career Pathway" to become a Team Leader, Floor Manager, or Sales Manager. 
Training: A 4-week paid induction run by super coaches to ensure you win!  

📅 Your Day-to-Day

📞 Outreach: Promote outsourcing solutions to SME business owners and directors. 
🗓️ Planning: Collaborate with your Manager on quarterly seminar plans to boost sales. 
🌱 Leads: Self-generate new appointments and referrals through daily activity. 
📈 Pipeline: Accurately build and manage your sales pipeline to smash quarterly targets.
