Business Services Administrator Doncaster Full time, Permanent. £30,000. Monday to Friday, 9am – 4pm. Are you a highly organised, confident and detail-driven administrator with experience in HR, Procurement, or Office Management? We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation in Doncaster for a Business Services Administrator to support the smooth running of central business functions at Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take on a varied and impactful role within a collaborative and professional environment. As a Business Services Administrator, you will be required to: * Provides administrative support across multiple departments including Commercial, Procurement, Finance, IT, Facilities, Marketing * Managing reception duties and general office support * Assisting with commercial administration (e.g., timesheets, tenders, client data) * Maintaining up-to-date supplier records and coordinating vehicle maintenance * Supporting HR functions: tracking holidays/absences, managing training records * Overseeing document control and internal communications * Helping deliver monthly business dashboards and wellbeing initiatives * Handling website and social media updates * Coordinating facilities and monitoring carbon footprint activity * Providing cross-functional support as needed The ideal candidate will be: * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages * Experienced or knowledgeable in HR, Procurement, and Admin * Able to manage their own workload with minimal supervision * Professional and confident in communication with stakeholders at all levels * Discreet and dependable, especially when handling sensitive or confidential information * Organised and process-driven with excellent attention to detail Call us today on (phone number removed), to discuss this position
