Our client, a well-regarded Hertfordshire, independent school rated Ofsted 'Good', is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Business Teacher to join their dynamic teaching team from September 2025. About the Role: We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and dedicated Business Teacher to join our vibrant and supportive team. You will have the opportunity to teach across KS3 to KS5, inspiring students and helping them to develop both academic skills and personal confidence. The role also includes contributing to curriculum planning, extra-curricular activities, and fostering a love for the subject. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons from KS3 to KS5. • Assess, track and report on the progress of students to ensure strong academic outcomes. • Contribute to departmental planning, schemes of work and curriculum innovation. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel supported. • Take part in school life including clubs, enrichment, and parent communication.
