Job Description

Operations Assistant / Business Support Assistant

  * Location: Remote (but will be expected in the office 1-3 days per month)

  * Salary: Between £28-38,000 plus bonus plus benefits package

  * Hours: Full time (but we are flexible for the right candidate)

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive person to join TRS Media in an Operations Assistant / Business Support role.

This is a varied position covering operations, reporting, administration, client support and marketing. More importantly, it’s an opportunity to become a key part of a growing business, take real ownership and develop the role over time.

The Role
You’ll help keep the business running smoothly, working independently across a range of activities including:

  * Producing accurate, well-presented reports and working confidently with Excel

  * Organising data and preparing client and media packs

  * Uploading and managing job adverts on Indeed

  * Supporting LinkedIn and wider marketing activity

  * Coordinating projects, activities and client events with the Senior Management Team

  * Liaising professionally with clients and suppliers

  * Representing TRS Media to a consistently high standard

About You
We’re looking for someone who is organised, self-sufficient and comfortable taking ownership of their workload.

You’ll ideally have experience in operations, administration or business support, with experience in recruitment, job boards or recruitment media particularly valuable.

You’ll bring:

  * Strong organisation and attention to detail

  * Confidence working independently without close supervision

  * Excellent communication and professionalism

  * The ability to manage changing priorities

  * A proactive approach and willingness to improve how things are done

Experience across both recruitment and the job board sector would be a strong advantage, however the ideal candidate will need to have experience in at least one of the two
