Business Support Coordinator – Permanent – Full Time – Liverpool
Forrest Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator / customer service professional, to join our client as a Business Support Coordinator.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday and is fully office based.
Duties include but are not limited to:
* Call and email correspondence
* Building relationships with new and existing customers
* Understanding your customer to identify future needs
* Providing ongoing support and services to retain customers
* Upselling to existing customers to generate new business
* Generating new business by upselling to existing customers
* Dealing with invoice queries
The successful candidate will have experience within customer service and administration, be a confident communicator both verbally and written, act with professionalism and be committed and reliable.
